Who Can Attend:
This group is open to adults. No prior experience with group therapy or Internal Family Systems is required. Some prior experience with individual counselling is recommended.

Cost:
$805 total ($115 per session)

This group is facilitated by a Registered Psychologist and a Certified Clinical Counsellor. Most extended health benefit plans will reimburse the cost. Both facilitators are registered providers with IRS, Blue Cross, and NIHB. If you are eligible through these programs, the cost of the group may be fully covered.
