Intro to IFS: 5-week experiential therapy group

 

Join us for a 5 week, therapy group using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Each two-hour group session will include some teaching about the IFS model, some experiential exercises and some reflection to integrate learning.

Session Dates:

  • Wednesday, October 1st, 5-7pm

  • Wednesday, October 8th, 5-7pm

  • Wednesday, October 15th, 5-7pm

  • Wednesday, October 22nd, 5-7pm

  • Wednesday, October 29th, 5-7pm

Cost: $350 (includes all 5 sessions)
