This group is for adults who are curious about connection, community, self-reflection, and personal growth. It’s a supportive space to slow down, learn more about yourself, and explore your inner world alongside others in a thoughtful, guided way.
The group is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapeutic approach that helps us understand the different “parts” within us, the ones that protect us, push us, worry, withdraw, or carry old pain. Through learning and experience, we begin to relate to these parts with more clarity and compassion.
Each week includes a balance of:
guided experiential self-reflection and gentle inquiry
group-based exercises and shared exploration
opportunities to work with your inner world (or “parts”) in a supportive, respectful group setting
The intention is not to fix or force change, but to create space for insight, understanding, and connection. Being in a group can gently reduce isolation, normalize the ways we struggle, and offer powerful moments of recognition and shared learning.
