Skills for Resiliency and Wellbeing
A 6-week group for young adults (ages 19–25)
In person | Mondays, 3:30–5:30 PM | Nov 3 – Dec 8, 2025
This 6-week in-person group is for young adults who want to get better at handling strong emotions, making decisions, and communicating more effectively.
You’ll learn practical, real-life skills through teaching, hands-on practice, and guided reflection. While the group is informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), it also draws from other therapeutic approaches. It’s trauma-informed, compassion-based, and focused on skill-building — not personal sharing. You can participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.
