This full day workshop is for therapists, counsellors, social workers and other healers who are curious about using Internal Family Systems (IFS) to better understand their own internal system, through didactic teaching, experiential exercises, self-reflection and brief sharing.

Workshop Objectives:
In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
learn the basic concepts of the IFS model
practice mapping their own parts through an experiential activity
participate in group exercises to recognize archetypal parts/protectors that are common to humans
better understand their patterns of relating and responding
step into compassion for their own ways of being
gain insight into blocks in their lives and access clarity of intention
Sharing is always optional and participants will be guided to participate in ways that feel emotionally “safe.”
All genders welcome.
Please Note: This workshop is intended for therapists to learn and practice the IFS model as participants, in a group of others with a similar background; it is NOT intended as a training to teach people how to use this model with their own clients.
